Join food artist Ellie Markovitch, as she shares her secrets with this delicious recipe! Feijoada is a delicious stew of beans.  In Brazil, feijoada (feijoada brasileira) is often considered the national dish. The name comes from feijão, Portugese for “beans.” This workshop continues KitchenSanctuary’s themes of cooking nutritious food on a budget for large groups of people. 

The beans will be served later that day on Freedom Square, as the community gathers with artist Isaiah Zagar for the Mosaic Art Workshop!
