Join composting enthusiast Christian Grigoraskos to learn all about composting, from kitchen to finished compost.  We will cover simple and low-cost methods for diverting food waste from the landfill and using it to build biologically robust, living soil. Participants will help to spread finished compost in the garden as well as assemble ingredients to build a new pile.
