Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist New York Times Best Selling author Chris Hedges will speak on fascism in the age of Trump. Prior to his talk will be a fundraiser for WOOC 105.3, with a vegan dinner prepared by gourmet vegan chef Intaba Liff-Anderson and Jonathon Segol, KitchenSanctuary coordinator. Enjoy an evening of fresh cuisine for a cause, as we honor Hedges’ commitment to veganism and animal rights! “Being vegan is the most important and direct change we can immediately make to save the planet and its species.” Ingredients will be provided by Collard City Growers, The Sanctuary’s own urban garden.
